Dragonair (Hong Kong)
The Dragonair B747 Full Flight Simulator which is based at the Burgess Hill facility and operated by Quadrant on behalf of Dragonair successfully retained its UK CAA JAR STD 1A Certification following its re-evaluation on the 8 June 2007. Quadrant has recently installed its latest Electronic Qualification Test Guide (EQTG) product on this device which was also reviewed during the re-evaluation and approved for use.




June 2007 - CityJet
CityJet
Quadrant have successfully completed the installation of its latest Replacement Instructor Operating Station (IOS) product on the CityJet RJ85 Full Flight Simulator in Dublin Ireland. Capt. Jack Killoch Head of Training for CityJet is quoted as saying: “Many thanks to all of you for the effort in getting the IOS in and running on time and with little or no disruption. I have just completed a recurrent training session using it and it has fully lived up to my expectations - a Job well done”



June 2007 - Vacant Simulator Bays Available
Quadrant Systems Limited
Quadrant’s Burgess Hill facility is a modern purpose built Flight Simulator Building. Each Simulator Bay has a dedicated air conditioned computer room and associated facilities including Briefing Rooms. Quadrant employ highly experienced Simulator Maintenance Engineers who are all familiar with working on the major OEM Flight Training Equipment. Quadrant prides its self on achieving as a minimum 98.5% average availability and is recognised and approved by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as a JAR STD 1A Flight Simulator Operator. Our Maintenance Engineers also run the Simulator Qualification Test Guide (QTG) throughout the operating year of a particular Simulator. At present Quadrant have vacant Simulator Bays available at Burgess Hill




February 2007
Rockwell Collins (Formerly Evans & Sutherland)
Rockwell Collins have placed a contract with Quadrant for the design, manufacture and installation of LCoS Projector mounting frames for twelve Thales new build Full Flight Simulators. All twelve LCoS mounting Frame Systems are due to be designed, manufactured and installed within the next 9 months



December 2006
SimAero Training (Dinard France)
SimAero Training whose headquarters are at Aeroport de Dinard near Saint Malo in France have placed an order with Quadrant for a Simulated TCAS II Version 7 System for their MD 80 Full Flight Simulator. The TCAS System is due to be installed on the Simulator shortly after the installation of the Simulator has been completed.



November 2006
CityJet (Dublin)
Quadrant recently relocated the Cityjet BAE Systems RJ85 Full Flight Simulator from Minneapolis to Dublin. Cityjet have placed a further Contract with Quadrant for a major update to the RJ85 FFS which is to include a Quadrant replacement PC IOS System, EGPWS, TAWS and a GNS XLS Flight Management System. The update is due for completion in September 2007.



October 2006
Dragonair (Hong Kong)
Following completion of the Dragonair B747-200 Classic Full Flight Simulator Update at Quadrant, Burgess Hill Facility, Dragonair have signed a further Contract with Quadrant to house and maintain the Simulator for three years, Training on the Simulator up to three thousand hours per year.




January 2006 - Host Emulator Update
SimTech Aviation
SimTech Aviation together with the Irish Aviation Authority signed the final Acceptance certificate on Friday 20 January 2006 for the successful Installation and Integration of Quadrant Systems Limited DDP124 Host Computer Replacement System on the SimTech Aviation B737-200 Full Flight Simulator based in Dublin Ireland.




January 2006 - Update Programme
Dragonair (Hong Kong)
Dragonair have agreed a fourth Contract Change Order for the provision of Performance Management System locks and freezes. This additional work is to be performed in conjunction with the major update which is currently ongoing on the DragonAir B747-200 at Burgess Hill.




January 2006 - Military Update Programme
Quest Flight Training
Quest Flight Training Limited have placed an order with Quadrant Systems Limited for a GSD Compiler Update. The Update is to modify the existing GSD compiler which currently supports DAFIF Data to the latest DAFIFT Data format




January 2006 - Military Maintenance Programme
Thales
Thales have awarded Quadrant Systems Limited a fifteen month Contract under the UK MoD FIASTS Programme to provide Simulator Maintenance for the Tornado F3 Simulator based at RAF Leeming. There is also an Option to allow Thales to extend this Programme for a further twelve months if required.
